Shipping Policy – Sapper Baits

At Sapper Baits, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about how we handle shipping.


📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another with tracking information when your order ships.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate of $4.99 or FREE on orders over $50.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout.

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Available at checkout when possible.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside our control.


🌎 International Shipping

  • At this time, we ship only within the United States.

  • International shipping options may be added in the future.


📍 Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can check the status of your package anytime on the carrier’s website.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations (currently).

  • Certain promotions may apply only to continental U.S. shipping.


🛡️ Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@sapperbaits.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.

Returns & Refund Policy – Sapper Baits

At Sapper Baits, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.


🔄 Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • To start a return, please email us at support@sapperbaits.com with your order number and reason for return.


💵 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).


🔄 Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item (e.g., wrong color or product defect), contact us at support@sapperbaits.com.

  • We’ll ship the replacement once the original item is returned.


🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
